What we collect

When you use the enquiry or contact form we receive the information you type into it: your name, email address, company or channel, phone number if you give one, and the brief text describing your project.

Why we hold it

• To answer your enquiry and quote for the work
• To run a project if you commission us (scope, review notes, delivery)
• To keep the business records required of a UK-registered company

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as accounting and contract obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@peppiatt.shop and we will respond within one month.

Who processes it

Enquiry email is handled by our email provider and stored in our mailbox. Footage and review links are shared only with the people working on your project.
