How a project actually runs
Four stages, two review rounds, one written quote. Nothing starts until the scope and price are agreed.
Brief and footage
You send runtime, footage volume, formats and any brand rules. We confirm scope, price and a delivery date in writing before anything is cut.
Usually within one working day
Assembly and rough cut
Rushes are logged and assembled. You get a timecoded review link and mark notes directly against the cut.
Review round 1
Fine cut, grade and captions
Timing is tightened, the picture is graded, audio balanced and captions timed. A second review covers the near-final master.
Review round 2
Masters and delivery
Final masters are exported in the formats and ratios you asked for, with captions as side-car or burned-in files.
Delivery by the agreed date
