Terms & Conditions
How we quote, deliver and what happens if a project changes or stops.
1. Scope and order confirmation
Work starts only after we confirm scope, price and a delivery date in writing. The confirmation lists the services, finished runtime, footage volume and delivery formats. Anything not listed is out of scope.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per project in euro (€) and invoiced by stage. Unless agreed otherwise, the first stage is invoiced before work begins and the balance before final masters are released. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
3. Your material
You confirm you have the right to use the footage, music, fonts and logos you send. We do not verify rights and are not responsible for claims arising from material you supplied.
4. Review rounds
Two review rounds are included. Further rounds, changes of direction after approval, or re-edits caused by new material are quoted separately before they start.
5. Delivery
Masters are delivered digitally in the agreed formats. Delivery dates are agreed in writing; if material arrives late or incomplete the date moves accordingly.
6. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, any payment for work not yet begun is returned. If you cancel mid-project, stages already completed are payable and are not refunded. Digital masters already delivered cannot be returned.
7. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee viewing figures, reach, engagement, conversions, awards or broadcast acceptance. We deliver to the technical specification you give us.
8. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Complaints
Write to support@peppiatt.shop with “Complaint” in the subject and we will respond within ten working days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. CLIO PEPPIATT LTD is registered in England & Wales, company number 11413373.
